Terms of Service
These terms explain the basis on which BookingParcel provides RFQ workflows, quote coordination, enterprise access, carrier discovery, customer workspaces, API integration and subscription infrastructure.
Quote and RFQ basis
Quotes, RFQs, carrier responses and logistics options are based on information supplied by the customer or organisation. Prices, service availability, customs requirements, surcharges and restricted item handling may change after review.
Courier and carrier responsibility
Final carriage, collection, delivery, customs handling and cargo movement may be performed by third-party couriers, cargo partners, airlines, freight forwarders or carriers under their own terms and service conditions.
Enterprise subscriptions
Subscription access, seats, carrier visibility, API usage, billing readiness and organisation workspaces are subject to approval, verification, plan limits and any applicable enterprise agreement. Payment collection is currently OFF until legal/provider activation.
API and integrations
API access, webhooks, WMS/ERP integrations, carrier feeds and developer tools may be rate-limited, logged, suspended or restricted where required for security, misuse prevention, tenant isolation or platform stability.
Customer obligations
Customers must provide accurate shipment information, lawful item descriptions, correct customs data and any documents required for carrier review or regulated workflows.
Restricted workflows
Government, sovereign, dangerous goods, controlled items, high-value cargo or restricted-access workflows may require manual approval, additional documentation and enhanced audit controls.
Availability
The platform may change, improve or restrict features for operational, legal, security or commercial reasons. SLA terms should be defined separately for enterprise contracts.
